Turnaround times and rush orders

Below is our standard (non-holiday season) production schedule – note business days are weekdays.
While we always try to accommodate your specific project requirements, turnaround may vary due to workload in house.
Direct to Print
Most direct to print orders (for prints on standard and premium papers) are ready to ship (or pick up) in 5-7 business days.
Rolled canvas prints usually require 5 business days. Stretched and/or framed canvas prints can take up to 3-4 weeks.
Custom Prints
We work on a first-come, first-serve basis and try to accommodate your specific project requirements.Turnaround for custom print orders can also vary due to workload in house.
That said, custom print orders from digital files generally need 2 business days to create your proof print. Once proofing is done and your files are approved for printing, we need 4 business days to complete final prints.
Drum Scans
4-5 business days for film up to 4×5″ in size. For larger format (8×10″ and up) please contact us for an estimate. Turnaround for scan orders can also vary due to workload in house.
Artwork Captures and Artwork scans
We work on a first-come, first-serve basis and try to accommodate your specific project requirements. 1 week for scanning/capture, file setup, and preparation of test print. After test prints are approved, we generally require 2 business days for prints on paper and loose canvas, and up to 3-4 weeks for stretched canvas or framed prints.
Rush Fees + Special Services
Need it faster? We\’ll try to accommodate your project deadline and schedule, however rush fees will apply –
- Same day turnaround: add 200%
- 24hr rush: add 100%
- 48hr rush: add 50%
