on-site services

Our on-site services are designed for someone who owns their own desktop or large format inkjet printer and needs the technical assistance of a professional printmaker to help them create high-quality files to print on their own printer and paper.

On-site services are $80/hour, with a 4-hour minimum. If you are located within 1 hour roundtrip of Oakland, there no travel fees.

Digital imaging software expertise:

  • Photoshop CS through CS5
  • Lightroom

Printer expertise:

  • Epson Pro Graphics large format inkjet prints (x600 through x900 series)
  • Canon IPF large format inkjet printers (9100, 8300 series)
  • Epson Stylus desktop (such as 2400, 2880, 3800)
  • Preparing files for LightJet/Chromira digital c-print output

Color Management Hardware and Software:

  • x-rite i1 Pro (for display calibration and printer profiling)

Scanning software expertise:

  • Silverfast, Flexcolor, Aztek Digital Photolab, Linocolor and Newcolor

RIPs (Raster Image Processors)

  • ImagePrint
  • Quadtone RIP for Epson Advanced Black and White (ABW) and Piezography printing
