Tech support is available to troubleshoot problems you may be having with Photoshop, Lightroom, printer output, and calibration. Other common problems I can help you with are software and driver issues for your imaging devices, workflow issues, and custom printer profiling. Support is available in person or remotely (via telephone, email, or software like LogMeIn.

Tech Support – On site: $100 for first hour, and $80 each hour thereafter.
There is a 1 hour minimum for on-site suppport. After that, support is billed in 1/4 hour increments. If you are within 1 hour roundtrip of Oakland, California, no travel fees apply.
Tech Support Pricing -Remote: $80 per hour
I charge $80/hour for all remote support via telephone, email, or software like LogMeIn. Remote support is billed in 1/4 hour increments (a minimum charge of $20 applies).
Equipment Consultation
I charge $80/hour to assess your digital imaging needs and strategically select the optimal equipment to create your own digital darkroom (and keep it running).
